    120 ml Vegetable Oil
    400 gms Chicken Breasts
    1/2 cup Flour
    1.25 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Black Pepper
    Spice Mix (1/2 tsp Paprika Powder,1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper, 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder)
    1 Egg
    1/4 cup Milk
    2 tbsp Hot Sauce
    1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
    2 tsp Butter
    6 Slices Garlic Bread
    Full Boiled Potato
    1.5 tsp Thyme
    1 tbsp Mayonnaise

      Prepare Flour & Egg Mixture In a large bowl combine flour, salt, black pepper, and spice mix. (Flour Mixture) In a small bowl whisk together egg and milk. (Egg Mixture)


      Coat Chicken Breasts and Refrigerate Dip each piece of chicken in Egg Mixture, then in Flour Mixture, and then roll in breadcrumbs. When all the pieces are coated refrigerate for 20 minutes.


      Fry Coated Chicken In a medium non-stick frying pan, pour the oil and heat oil on high heat. When the oil is hot, fry coated chicken in batches (depending on the space in non-stick pan). Fry the chicken until exterior is browned for about 3 to 4 minutes each side. Repeat this for rest of the batches.


      Prepare Hot Sauce In a small non-stick pan heat butter over medium heat, when butter has melted add hot sauce and cook for about 30 seconds. Switch off heat.


      Serve with Creamy Thyme Potatoes & Garlic Bread In a bowl mix potatoes, thyme and mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour hot sauce over chicken and serve with garlic bread and creamy thyme potatoes.
