    200 gms prawns
    1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
    1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
    1 tbsp Coriander
    1 tbsp Basil
    30 ml Pineapple Juice for Marinate
    30 ml Pineapple juice for Gravy
    1 Lemon
    2 tbsp Chilly Oil
    3 tbsp Onions
    1/4 cup Coconut milk
    1/4 cup Cream
    1/2 Red Chilly
    4 Hawaiian Breads
    1 tbsp Pineapple Glaze

      Marinate Prawns In a bowl rub prawns with ginger and garlic paste. To it add black pepper, salt as per taste, followed by pineapple juice and lime juice (1/2 Lemon). Mix and refrigerate for 20 minutes


      Cook Aromatics for Prawns Heat chilly oil in a pan on medium heat. To it add onions and cook for 1 minute


      Add Prawns & Cook for 1 minute Add marinated prawns. Stir and cook for 1 minute.


      Add Coconut Milk, Cream & Juice Add coconut milk, cream and pineapple juice to it, stirring constantly. Cook for 4-5 minutes till the curry is semi thick in consistency. Check prawns, do not over cook them or they will turn hard.


      For Final Serving Now add fresh coriander, roughly cut basil and stir well. Garnish with red chilly Coat Hawaiian bread with pineapple glaze and serve with prawns
