    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    1/2 Onion
    1 tsp Garlic
    300 gms Chicken Thighs
    Spice Mix
    3/4 cup Tomatoes
    3 tsp Chicken Aromat Powder
    200 gms Boiled Potatoes
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper
    1/4 tsp Salt
    2 tbsp Sour Cream
    1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
    1/3 Cup Fresh Chives
    1/2 Loaf Garlic Bread
    1/2 Cup Potato Starch

      Prepare Chicken Stock In a saucepan bring 2 cups (480 ml) of water to boil, add chicken aromat powder and mix well. Switch off heat and keep aside.

      Cook Aromatics for Goulash Heat a non-stick pan over low flame, add onions and garlic and cook them for 1 minute, until they start to soften.

      Cook Chicken for 2 Minutes Increase the heat to medium, add chicken strips to the onion and garlic mixture and cook for 2 minutes, until they are no longer pink.

      Add Spice Mix, Tomatoes & Stock Add potatoes, potato starch, spice mix, tomatoes and chicken broth to chicken. Increase heat to high and bring to a boil, this should take 3 minutes.

      Cover & Reduce Goulash Cover the non-stick pan, bring heat to low and simmer for 8 minutes, until it has thickened.

      Stir in Chives , Sour Cream & Serve Uncover the pan, add sour cream, chives & parmesan cheese along with salt and pepper. (You can add more salt from your end in case you feel it is less salty). Cook for 2 minutes on low flame, until sour cream has mixed well and stew has thickened further. Serve with warm garlic bread slices.
