INGREDIENTSPortion for 2

    400 gms chicken breasts cut in juliennes
    30 ml white wine
    1/4 cup yellow bell peppers
    1/4 cup red bell peppers
    1/4 cup green bell peppers
    1/4 onion sliced
    1/2 tomato juliennes
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp chopped garlic
    1 tsp chopped basil
    1 tsp chopped parsley
    1 tsp chopped thyme
    1/4 tsp chili flakes
    Multigrain bread

      Prepare Chicken Heat olive oil in a heavy bottom pan over medium-high heat and add garlic. Stir for 2-3 minutes till soft. Add chicken, onions, tomatoes, salt, pepper and red chilli flakes. Saute for 5 minutes.

      Add white wine to chicken Add white wine and simmer for 3 minutes over low heat.

      Stir in bell peppers Increase heat to medium and add add red, green and yellow bell peppers. Saute for another 3 minutes. Season with basil, parsley and thyme.

      Final plating and serving Serve hot with Multigrain Bread.
