    1/2 cup Polenta
    1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
    1 tbsp Butter for Polenta
    2 tbsp Butter for Shrimps
    1.5 tsp Vegetable Aromat Powder
    250 gms Shrimps
    2 Garlic Cloves
    1/4 cup Tomatoes
    1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
    1 tsp Chives
    1 tsp Parsley
    1 tsp Basil
    1 Lemon

      Add Polenta to Vegetable Broth In a saucepan bring 480 ml (2 cups) of water to boil over high heat, add the vegetable aromat powder and mix well. Slowly whisk in the polenta with black pepper to taste.


      Reduce Polenta & Stir in Parmesan Reduce the heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened for 4 minutes, until it?s consistency has thickened Stir in the parmesan cheese along with butter and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat, cover and keep warm.


      Cook Aromatics for Shrimps Bring a non-stick pan to heat over medium ? high flame. Melt butter then stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute until softened. Add cayenne pepper and tomatoes, cook for 2 minutes. Then stir in the shrimps, add salt and pepper to taste. Cook them for 3 to 4 minutes, until shrimps are pink.


      Add Herbs to Shrimps Remove shrimps from heat and chopped parsley, basil and chives and 2 tbsp (30ml) of water. Toss to coat shrimps with the herbs.


      For Final Serving Divide polenta between two serving bowls and top with shrimps. Serve with lemon wedges.
