    Falafel Mixture contains
    1 tsp cumin seeds roasted
    1 tsp coriander seeds roasted
    250 gms Chickpeas
    250 gms cannellini beans
    Juice of 1/2 Lemon
    1 tsp Coriander
    1/4 Red Chilli
    1/2 cup Parsley Leaves
    2 tbsp Lentil Flour
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Pepper

    1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
    1/2 Cup Houmous

    For Tabbouleh
    3/4 cup couscous
    3/4 tsp Vegetable Aromat Powder
    1 Lemon
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 tsp Zatar
    1/4 cup Mint
    2 tbsp Coriander
    2 Scallions
    1/2 Cucumber
    3 Tomatoes
    8 Pita Breads

      Make Falafel Patties Transfer the contents of the falafel mixture into a bowl. Divide the mixture into 12 equal patties.


      Fry Falafel Patties In a small non-stick pan (6 to 9 inches) heat vegetable oil until its piping hot. Add 6 falafel patties at one go, fry for 3 minutes each side (6 minutes in total), until it?s crisp. Switch off heat. Repeat the process for remaining 6 patties.


      Prepare Couscous In a saucepan bring 3/4 cup (180 ml) of water to boil, to it add vegetable aromat powder and mix well. Then add couscous mix and switch off heat. Let the couscous stand for 5 minutes and fluff with the folk.


      Prepare Tabbouleh In a bowl mix olive oil, juice of 1 lemon , salt and pepper to taste. Now add prepared couscous, zatar, juice of 1 lemon, mint, coriander, scallions, cucumber, tomatoes and mix well.


      For Final Serving Warm the pita breads for 30 seconds each on a non-stick pan. Half the bread and make pockets, stuff each pocket with two falafel patties. You would get 6 pita bread halves. Serve with houmous and tabbouleh.
