      For Chicken Meatballs Mixture In a non-stick pan, heat olive oil on medium heat until hot. Add onion and garlic; season with salt and pepper and cook gourmet spice blend. Cook stirring for 3-4 minutes, until fragrant. Transfer to a plate and spread in a thin, even layer to cool for 5 minutes.


      Prepare Chicken Meatballs In a medium bowl, combine ground chicken, cooled chicken meatballs mixture, Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Mix until thoroughly combined. Using your hands combine, form the mixture into meatballs. You should get about 15 meatballs.


      Pan Sear Chicken Meatballs In a wide non-stick pan, heat olive oil on medium-high heat until hot. Add meatballs and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until browned. Keep aside to be used in sauce.


      Prepare Sauce In a non-stick pan heat olive oil on medium-high heat until hot. Add onions, garlic, cook gourmet spice blend; season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes. Add tomato and 1/2 cup (120 ml) water, tomato puree, sugar; season with salt and pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes until tomatoes have softened. Stir in cherry tomatoes, keep stirring until they have busted and add the chicken meatballs and stir. Remove from heat.


      Boil Linguine Pasta Add linguine pasta to a saucepan of boiling water (2 liters) and cook for 8 minutes. Drain thoroughly and keep aside


      Add Pasta to Sauce and Serve Heat the non-stick pan containing sauce and chicken meatballs over medium flame, add the pasta and cook, stirring to coat pasta for 2 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese, basil, cream and toss for 1 minute. Remove from heat and divide the pasta and meatballs between 2 dishes.
