    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 tsp Coriander Powder
    1 tsp Lime Zest
    1/2 tsp Paprika Powder
    1/2 tsp Palm Sugar
    Juice of 1/2 Lemon

    6 unpeeled garlic cloves
    2 Hot Red Chillies
    1/2 cup Tomato Salsa
    4 tbsp Pickled Jalapeno
    4 Tortillas
    2 tbsp Fresh Coriander

      Transfer Marinated Chicken Open the packet and transfer marinated chicken in a bowl


      Pan Sear the Chicken Heat the non-stick pan over medium heat, place marinated chicken breasts with garlic cloves and cook for 5 minutes on each side (10 minutes in total). When the chicken is done, juices will run clear.


      For Final Serving You can have the chicken pieces topped with coriander, with warm tortillas, tomato salsa and jalapenos on the side We suggest that once chicken is done, make thin strips of it. Apply tomato salsa on warm tortillas, add chicken strips, coriander and top with jalapenos and make into a wrap.
