    For Pan Fried Fish
    4 tilapia fish fillets
    1 tbsp flour
    1 tbsp lime juice
    1 tbsp olive oil

    For Herbal Caper Mushroom Beurre Blanc
    1/2 tsp chopped parsley
    1 tsp chopped onion
    1/2 tsp chives
    1 tsp capers
    6 tbsp sliced mushrooms
    1 tsp lemon juice
    2 tbsp butter
    4 tbsp white wine

    For French Beans Madagascar
    200 gms french beans
    1/2 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp chopped garlic
    4 tbsp cubed tomatoes
    4 tbsp white wine

      Marinate Tilapia Marinate fish with lemon juice for 5 minutes. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Pat fish on flour by pressing gently. Keep aside and start preparing mushroom beurre blanc and french beans.

      Prepare Herbal Caper Mushroom Beurre Blanc In a small non stick pan over medium-high heat, pour white wine, onions, mushrooms, capers and reduce to half, this should take 3-4 minutes.

      Add wine and herbs to Beurre Blanc Infuse butter by quickly stirring into wine mixture, add lemon juice, parsley, chives, salt and pepper. Keep aside.

      Boil French beans In a sauce pan boil french beans for about 4 minutes. Remove from water and run under cold water.

      Prepare French Beans Madagascar In a non stick pan over low-medium flame pour olive oil and stir garlic for 2 minutes, add white wine, boiled french beans and tomatoes. Reduce for 2-3 minutes, season with salt and pepper.

      Grill Fish and Final Serving In a non stick pan add oilve oil and pan fry marinated fish on both side for 8-10 minutes each on medium heat, till fish is cooked and appears golden brown on both sides. To assemble, keep Madagascar french beans in center of plate. Place pan fried fish on top of beans. Serve herbal caper mushrooms beurre blanc on side.
