    400 gms Chicken Mince
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1/2 tbsp Chilli Oil
    2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
    4 tbps Flour for Chicken
    2 tbsp Flour for Dusting
    2 tbsp Red Chilli Paste
    4 Lemon Grass Sticks
    1 Romaine Lettuce
    4 Hot Dog Buns
    2 tbsp Mango Pickle
    1/2 tbsp Cream
    1 Egg Yolk
    1 tsp Salt

      Prepare Chicken Mince Mixture Transfer chicken mince to a bowl and drain all the water, this is important as water can effect the consistency of kebabs. Mix minced chicken with yolk of 1 egg, cream, flour, salt, pepper (to taste), hoisin sauce, red chili paste with hands.


      Wrap the Mixture on Lemon Grass Sticks Divide the mixture into 4 equal size patties / dumplings Now apply each dumpling around the lemon grass stick, so that half the stick is coated with mince. Dust it with flour.


      Cook Kebabs Heat a non-stick pan, ass chili oil and olive oil on low heat. Place the lemon grass sticks on the pan and cook covering the pan for 5 minutes. (Place the sticks quickly once you pour oil in the pan) Remove the cover and turn the stick on the second side and cook for 2 minutes, turn on the remaining side and cook for 2 minutes more and (Kebab will have three sides)


      Toast Hot Dog Buns Transfer the kebabs to a serving plate and in the same non-stick pan heat hot dog buns for 20 seconds on each side (Divide the buns in the middle)


      Prepare Kimchi Salad & Serve In a bowl mix mango pickle with romaine lettuce. Remove kebabs from lemon grass stick and serve with hot dog and kimchi salad.
